Misc: OPI x BLACK SHATTER

For all you nail art junkies here's something new. If your like me then you enjoy painting your nails black, leaving on for days, then watching it chip away. OPI has made something special for you called Black Shatter. The polish is to be used as an over coat to a base color of your choice. Once Black Shatter is applied over top of the nail, sit back and watch it shatter into a design of its own. Once it's shattered the effect gives off New York City graffiti sprayed along the brick buildings.
