The Truck Art Project Hits the Streets of Spain


Mobile art galleries is the next big thing.

T he Truck Art Project is an original project of artistic patronage driven by businessman and collector Jaime Colsa. The intentions of TAP (Truck Art Project) is to compose a particular collection of Spanish contemporary art, no owner, in which the monumental media works are the trucks that work with their company.

As part of the Truck Art Project, the trucks are loaded with curated art cargo, travel across Spain and functioning as itinerant artworks and become pop-up galleries when parked.

The Truck Art Project commissioned artist varying from fine artist to street artist including: Suso33 (see above), Javier Arce, Marina Vargas, Okuda San Miguel and Javier Calleja. Look below to see view the artist and their works.
