So it seems, "Every Third Thursday" gets kind of wild around the Signal headquarters. In this episode, employees draw up some inspiration based simply on actual Vans sneakers they wore and spontaneously designs an off the wall looking board. After going through the process of tracing, magnifying, cutting and laminating, the folks at Signal finished the board’s top part with Vans' signature checker pattern graphic and waffle sole graphics on the bottom half.
