Exhibit: Dust La Rock x "Joking Victim" @ HVW8 Art + Design Gallery
Brooklyn based-artist Dust La Rock, makes his West Coast debut with the new exhibition Joking Victim at HVW8 Art + Design Gallery in Los Angeles. Bringin the true definition to a mixed media collaboration, "Joking Victim" will consist of works on paper, photographs, and a short film which La Rock joined efforts with innovative artists such as Angela Boatwright, Kareem Black and tattoo artist JK5, to help bring his vision to life, including photographers. The exhibit will feature music by Jokers Of The Scene and culminate with the Los Angeles debut of Bruce LaBruce’s queer cinema horror film L.A. Zombie. Joking Victim runs from April 14th through May 8, 2011.
