Dmante Ross & Tom Gould of Highsnobiety Produced and Directed this amazing motage/mini-documentary entailing the life of the late great pro-skateboarder Andy Kessler.
On August 6, 2011, the New York City skateboard community gathered at the House of Vans in Brooklyn to celebrate the life of late NYC skate legend Andy Kessler. In our video recap we recap some of skating and music while speaking with Dante Ross, Tony Alva, Steve Olson, Alex Corporan, Glen E. Friedman and Ryan Dewitt (of Vans).We also check in with artist Dennis McNett who designed two custom pieces for the event: an 11′ x 5′ Best Trick ramp shaped like Andy’s nose and a middle finger pinata full of skate goodies. RIP Andy.
