Fashion: Marshawn Lynch's BEAST MODE™ Flagship Store Grand Opening

N ow that the Super Bowl is out the way and football season done, players can return to their families for the next few months before the maylayrepeats. Seattle's former Running Back Marshawn Lynch (yes former, Lynch tweeted earlier his plans for retirement), has a different agenda. Instead of returning for another chance at a ring, Marshawn Lynch is trying his chances in business, opening his label BEAST MODE™ first brick and mortar last Friday, February 5th.

Honored by Lieutenant Governor of California Gavin Newsome, Marshawn Lynch alongside Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf celebrated the grand opening of the first official BEAST MODE™ flagship store. Schaaf declared Friday, February 5th BEAST MODE Day. While tons of fans were in attendance and eager support Lynch's endeavor, Marshawn gave away free Super Bowl tickets to one lucky person who had qualified for the drawing. Purchases were also going towards benefiting Lynch’s Fam 1st Family Foundation.

While the media attended hoping to see the Marshawn in a different light, he was still in BEAST MODE, choosing not to talk with the media but to interact with family and friends.

The BEAST MODE Flagship is located at 811 Broadway, Oakland, CA (between 8th and 9th streets just south of downtown Oakland, in Old Oakland).
