DJ Moodymann Collection
C arhartt WIP literally digs in the crates to find inspiration for their latest collection by collaborating Michiganian Kenny Dixon, Jr., also known as DJ Moodymann. The joint effort pays tribute to Detroit House music and the pioneering labels Mahogani Music and KDJ REcords.
The Carhartt WIP x Dj Moodyman collection provides a look into early 90's with the Detroit Soul Skate and Set U Free T-shirts while also including a sling bag trolley for transporting vinyls. WIP flagships will also carry an unheard Moodymann track circa 2001, alongside a new complimentary track titled "5800 Cass Ave.” available on a 7-inch vinyl.
Carhartt WIP x Dj Moodymann Capsule Collection will be available on February 26 at selected retailers and Carhartt online.
