KRS-One Calls All Emcees! To Spit A 16 bar! In Honor of Phife

L osing the legendary Phife Dawg last month was devastating for the hip hop culture. Mac Miller took to the studio to grieve the very next day, while Wiz also paid tribute through song for the late Phife Dawg. While everyone has said their farewells in some form or another, the great KRS-One made an announcement, "Calling all emcees! To spit a 16 bar! In honor of Phife Dawg" with all proceeds from the effort going directly to Phife Dawg's family.

Taking up his own challenge, the Bronx bomber delivers a 16 dedicated to The Five-Foot Assassin. The verse is filled with references and tributes to verses from Phife while a space is left open for you to lace your 16 – in honor of Phife.
