Supreme is back with a hard-hitting collaboration.
New York skate label, Supreme has added new highlight to its Spring 2016 collection amongst some other pieces we had the chance to see earlier in the year. This spring, the cult brand will join forces with the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali and the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts for a limited capsule collection.
The collaboration will be expressed on a White hooded sweatshirt and a Black short sleeve T-Shirt, both, featuring a polaroid of Muhammad Ali taken by the late-Pop Art pioneer Andy Warhol in 1977, as part of his ‘Athlete’ polaroid series. the

"From the late 1950s until his death in 1987, Andy Warhol took polaroid portraits of the famous characters he encountered. On August 16, 1977, Andy Warhol photographed Muhammad Ali as part of his ‘Athlete’ polaroid series. “I only met Muhammad Ali once but I’ll never forget it,” Warhol said.
