The Air Jordan 8 will be next silhouette from the Jordan brand to celebrate Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls first 3-Peat making the Air Jordan 8 'Championship Pack.' The “Championship Pack” will include two color schemes, both, playing off of the Championship theme with an “Champagne” and “Confetti” edition.

Also known as the 'Celebration Collection,' the Air Jordan 8 'Champagne Pack' will differ from the previous Air Jordan 7’Championship Pack’ that released last year while still honoring Michael Jordan’s post-game ritual of a celebrating with champagne and a cigar . This year, Jordan Brand has ditched the “Cigar” theme for a celebratory “Confetti” design, making the Air Jordan 8 “Confetti”and the Air Jordan 8 “Champagne”.

Air Jordan 8 “Confetti” Details

While still staying aligned with the celebratory theme, the "Confetti" Air Jordan 8 will feature a predominant black upper constructed from tumbled leather while shimmering glitter-like material hits the eyestays and make its through the collar wrapping the heel. Gold accents highlight the jumpman branding as well as the buckles. Executing the theme is a confetti print on the inner and outer mudguards and finishing off the look on the mudguard and inside of the tongue.

Air Jordan 8 “Champagne” Details

Unlike the 'Confetti' edition, the Air Jordan 8 "Champagne" keeps its namesake while contrasting in color scheme and construction. White is seen throughout the majority of the silhouette with Light Bone overlays landing on the eyestays and throughout the collar and heel. Gold accents highlight the Jumpman branding on the tongue as well as the buckles on the strap and mudguards. Michael Jordan's fingerprint is subtly placed on the Gold mudguard, referencing Michael holding the Championship trophy won in 1993. The silhouette sits atop a translucent white midsole with a mix of Light Bone throughout.

Air Jordan 8 'Champagne Pack' Release Date

The Air Jordan 8 'Champagne Pack' will arrive with the Black "Confetti" and White "Champagne" edition which are expected to to be available at Jordan Brand retailers June 25th, with a price tag of $250 USD, which will include special packaging, a hang tag and a bag of confetti so you can get in on the celebration.
