Official Images of the Air Jordan 17+ "Copper" & Release Date

Over a decade later, the Air Jordan XVII+ now returns for the first time.

J ordan Brand is set to bring back another fan favorite with its Air Jordan 17+, which fans first got the look at in 2002 when Michael Jordan returned to the game of basketball with the nation's capital. Designed by Wilson Smith, the Air Jordan 17 was inspired by MJ's love for jazz, as it featured a white premium leather build with majestic copper accents across the heel and eyelets, as well as faux croc detailing on the heel. Jordan Brand perfectly executed this particular silhouette, all the way down to packaging – which was delivered in a carrying case instead of a regular box – making the 17 the most superior Jordan release ever at the time.

Now expected to be delivered in it's original form and colorway, the Air Jordan 17+ is slated for an April 9th release with a price tag of $250 USD, which is reasonable if you think about the metal casing. There are also rumors of a CD being attached to the package.
