Nike revisits Kobe's 'Carpe Diem' theme.

With the "Muse Pack" on its way to shelves, the Nike Kobe 11 'Carpe Diem' is the latest colorway for Kobe Bryant's bow out silhouette that will be hitting stores next month. The Carpe Diem theme – which means seize the day in English – is a tribute to Kobe's 20–year career with Los Angeles Lakers while also taking cues from the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 'Carpe Diem', which debuted late-2008.

The improved theme is expressed over black engineered mesh uppers sitting atop of clear blue soles. University Gold accents land on the swoosh and lining while Court Purple makes its way on the tongue's branding as well as the heel. As you can see in two of the Hints of red also makes an appearance on the heel.
